Hello,
I jumped into a lake with my phone and donated it to the fish.
I am buying a new phone but not sure how to go about the SIM card to have the same #
Do i just buy a new one from PM and link it to my account and ill get the same Phone Number?

How can the person log into his/her account when the authentication asks sends a verification code to the stolen/lost mobile?

There are no gas stations that are aurhorized distributors of these. Even if they had them before, directling customers to these locations is likely to result in the customer being left empty handed. You even said yourself that the Shell statiun that you discussed this with said that they will not be restocking. For futuure, please be directly customers to either Telus/Koodo retail locations or to publicmobile.ca to purchase SIM cards.

@Rosssaunders4 Sorry to hear that. Login to your self-serve account and mark your account as Lost/Stolen phone to temporarily suspend the service. Once you get a new phone and new sim card, login again to change the current sim card to new one. Unmark the lost/stolen status to get service. Insert the new sim card and you should be good to go.
