Hi, I have a brand new S22 Ultra Samsung phone and recently upgraded my plan to 4G with 20gigs of data. Basically I should be working with the best possible situation Public Mobile can offer.
My coverage is the worst it has been. I lose my GPS signal on the 401, downtown Toronto in my own house. People tell me they have been calling me but I have no record of it. People show me texts they sent but I never received. This is my business phone so either it gets fixed or I find a new provider after being with Public Mobile for 10 years.

@Vince666 - this has been happening for months?
Can you move your SIM card into another phone for a few days to a week and see if the same issues are happening?
If they are still happening in another device, then may seem account or network related. For Account issues or to check on the network area where you are, submit a ticket to CSA to let them know what has been happening with your services.
To contact the Public Mobile Customer Support Agent (CSA)_Team, there are two methods to reach them found here:

@Vince666 is your data speed ok?? download an app to test it
https://www.speedtest.net/apps
if speed is good and just GPS, it is your device GPS chip with the issue. You can confirm this by putting in another active sim from another provider and you might see the same GPS problem
With the text and missed calls, try to click Reset All Networks and see if it helps

Well switching plans should not alter network performance. The least expensive plan has the same network connectivity as the most expensive plan.

GPS losing signal is unrelated to Public Mobile. The phone has it's own GPS antenna that would work even if you had no SIM card in the device, although you wouldn't be able to download new maps without a data connection. As for calls not working, Public Mobile has been having some difficulties with the reliability of the voice service over the last few days.
