I cannot log-in to my account, because Eversafe is requiring a text message to my device which is lost. I have tried resetting the password as suggested in the help, but it did not solve the issue. After verifying through a code on my e-mail, it sent me right back to requiring a text message, which I cannot receive.
Currently my only option is to cancel my auto-pay through my credit card and start over with a new account unless there is someone with administrator powers?

i think because you never login EverSafe again after activation.
