@cidkramer, the $100 bill credit that comes with the migration package is intended to cover all financial losses due to stranded usage. If you want to migrate, suck it up, don't let $15 get in the way.

@cidkramer, Unfortuantely, with a prepaid service like Public mobile, you won't be able to get a refund from PM for unused services. You're best bet is to ask Koodo to cover it, but if you are taking a special offer, this scenario is probably already calculated into the offer.
