So long story short, I switched credit cards and could not update the payment info on my son's account. His number was activated before May 2023 and I don't remember the login account details. When I tried to use the "Forget Email" on the login page and typed his number to get a link sent, it always showed "Login Failure". I had to buy a voucher to get his subscription back on this time. Any tips? thanks!
