I made an error on a long distance add on purchase a few minutes ago. I assumed I could use those international minutes from Cuba but cannot. I want to cancel that unused add on and get the money refunded to my account, but how?

If there is another add on that would be of use to you, you can also get the CSA to make that change as well. I did it for LD minutes to data in the past

Contact customer support to remove the add on and credit your account. Just explain it was an honest mistake. Keep an eye on your private message box the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times but expect a reply within an hour.
