Did you try to log in using computer and browser?
All info you are looking for are on initial page.

If you login to your account on the PM app. Click on the Usage Breakdown. It list your current data usage and below that it will list all your bonuses data balance and LD calling balance.

The bonus will disappear if it is all used up.
