Are your services working? If so you can choose the SMS option? If they're not working then you could use the 611 service and your registered card and your 4 digit account pin to pay to reactivate the account. Or buy vouchers. Or use real time payments. Then when your service is active you can use SMS. And then you can still login using the wrong email address as it's just a login id.
But yes as already mentioned you'll need the support people to change your email address.

HI@johnny_leafsfan you should get your email address updated, use the correct email to login
But to change email , only PM CS agent can help. Please open ticket with them:
To open a ticket with PM CS Agent. at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

and change the community email address by yourself My settings - Community (publicmobile.ca)
to keep all accounts for same email for rewards,

To change the e-mail address for your Self Serve account, please go to https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and in the chatbot window, type in "change self serve e-mail address".
