How on earth do you get a hold of someone to resolve my login issues? I've been trying to resolve this for 2 days now

Are you getting any service with Public mobile SIM card? Data service? Able to call out. Text out?
It takes a few hours for CSA to respond. Slower on weekends sometimes.

Yes I'm aware it's all online. I can't login as it's sending the verification code to the number that wasn't successfully transfered from Bell. I have also sent messages to CS_Agent

@Lilchamp when you signed up did you not know that Public Mobile is all online?
So you can't login? Did you try sending the code to email?
