Suddenly today, I can’t login to my self serve account. Even though, the username and password is correct.I tried to reset the password but it didn’t let me to do so. Please, help.

Enter the correct email address and then answer the Security question.

 

If you are still unable to reset the password that way, then open ticket with PM Support and have them reset the login credentials for you:

 

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

***Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.


2. Or you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there

@ziangdonut5    Clear your cache/cookies and use privacy/incognito mode.  You can try another browser.  Sometimes waiting an hour will clear up any glitches that PM website maybe experiencing.

login at least once every couple months to avoid this issue

The same thing happened to me. I have had the same account for almost 4 years. Then suddenly yesterday it kept saying username or password not correct. I have never changed my password, finally it said it does not reconise username/password, rest. So I reset it and used the same password. Works now. So weird, I wonder why that happened? Does anybody else think PM is going downhill> WTH. I had so many glitches yesterday I was going to leave

I went thro this yesterday, sucks. Took many attempts to finally submit a ticket.

glitches are normal here..  the glitch in your case is if one doesn't login to their self serve account within 90 days the accounts credentials get deleted

Thank you, I did not not know that. I have 2 phones now so I only used PM for back up, I just kept making payments to keep it alive in case of emergency. At the moment PM is the one I am currently using I did not know that you had to keep in touch to keep it activated. Thank you for letting me know
