I have been a public Mobile member for a few years now and recently when I try to login it prompts me to get a subscription as if I’m setting up my account for the first time. I already have a subscription that I don’t want to change but the app and webpage won’t direct me anywhere else. I just want to convert my physical sim to an eSIM for my new phone.

The error just indicates the EverSafe login system was unable to find your My Account from your email login. Easy fix for PM and you just need to engage them by direct message
