Login issue

I am trying to login on the mobile app and every time I type in my information the page gets reset. Does anyone have any solutions to this problem.

I haven't had the problem of the page getting reset, however the Public Mobile login page can get slow at times. You have probably tried all the basic things like redownloading the app, clearing cache, etc.

It would probably be beneficial to try logging in on a computer if you have one. I haven't had any problems there. If it doesn't work on computer, you can try:

- using different browsers

- incognito mode

- clearing cookies and cache

I just login to the PM app and no issues. It actually download my account quicker than before. Re-re the app and reboot your phone.

You can either delete the app and re install it or try to go to the apps cache and delete it. Then it should work. If not, delete and redownload.
