Hi, I’m trying to change the email associated with my account to login to my own. It’s currently not an email I have access to.

you can change it yourself. 

the login email is just a login for PM system.  So, you can still login using that email address, and get the 2FA code via sms.  Once you logged in, go to Profile page, click  Manage EverSafe ID (or if using app, go to Account page click Manage Login (Secured by EverSafe) ) and update the email address there
