I tried logging in, but it's just saying 'login disabled'. It did this on my very first attempt logging in today, so it's not like i've put in the wrong password too many times or something.
I tried to make a new account but it wont let me since I already have an account associated with that number! I need to make an account URGENTLY, my test results are in and im unable to call the hospital until I get my phone plan renewed!

@daisyh Are you using the correct username? Try clearing your cache. Best to use a browser with javascript and cookies enabled. Are you using your phone's browser? If yes, maybe try a desktop/laptop to see if it makes a difference.

That means your payment failed for some reason. May be your cc expired?

@daisyh If you have a payment method linked to your account or have a voucher to redeem, you can also dial 611 to renew your plan.
