I'm unable to login to my account. I'm only able to get to the Community. It keeps asking me to Activate. I have switched to PCmobile using eSim. Am trying to end my service with PM. Any help would be appreciated. Btw, am not very happy with PCmobile. I was under the impression they had 5g coverage here in Price Edward County (PEC) and were with Rogers. I just read they are with Bell/Telus. Please be kind. I'm in my 84th year.

Once ported the account will be closed so you don't need to notify PM. They should not charge you moving forward.

@inPEC no need to worry if you port out your number. Since you port out the number, PM will know for sure as they have to pass the number to PC. And after port is completed, your account with PM would be closed

Yes, Sansan, I ported to PCmobile and did not notify Public Mobile. I did not know that PM would know if I ported or not. I assumed I would have to notify PM I was switching providers. And they would not charge me in October.

Hi,
So you ported already to PC Mobile? Or did you cancel your Public Mobile account and opened new account with PC Mobile?
If you ported out, your account herebwould be automatically closed which is why you cannot login anymore.
