When I attempt to verify my identity I am not reviewing the 6 digit code to complete the verification.

@Howardlaguff When you get to the step, is there an option to select “send code to email”, or “send to voicemail”? Unless I’ve misread this. If you are a new subscriber and having the issue, it may be because you are not using the downloaded app to subscribe? This is a must as the web version (Even on phone) will only get you so far, without completion. Hope this helps
