I have discarded an old SIM card for my account.
Now I can't login to the Public Mobile Self Server without an SMS verification to an old number.
Should I create a new account with another email?

If you ported out to another carrier or nonpayment for longer than 90 days. Your account will be closed, SIM will be useless and you lost your old number. You need you purchase a new SIM and create a new account if this is the case.
Why did you throw away your old SIM?

Is this related to your other reuse sim question? When did you last pay Public for service?
