Login Issues

Hi there,

I am trying to access my account, but it keeps sending a verification code to a phone number I no longer have. Of course the chat keeps telling me to login to change it, but it cannot be done as it keeps sending the code to a non-existent phone. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Thank you for the response. No I cannot log in as every time I do it sends a verification code to a phone number that I no longer have. For this community I had to create a new account.

Are you able to log into the website using the same login/password you used to get on the forum?
If so, you should be able to change the verification contact there.
