I have submitted tickets and PM's daily since last Thursday with no response at all. This is in regards to my sms texts not working since porting over from Virgin. Has anyone else had to wait this long?

This happened to me before where i wasnt getting a response. After waiting a few days i sent a brand new message thread and they got back to me right away. If you've waited 2-3 days and havent heard back id suggest trying a new message thread here:

use 1 or 2 words to describe the nature of your message...ie; port issues, sms failure, etc. Give them as much account info as you can ie: acct #, ph #, name on acct, PM pin #.

for some reason not explained to us in the Community...it's been taking awhile for CSA response's. What's the nature of your question...maybe we can help before CSA does. edited...I see it now, you have prob with sms after port.
