I have just signed up with Public Mobile and am trying to activate my SIM card, but I cannot login to my account. I enter my email and password and then receive an email verification number from my email account. When I enter that number into the Public Mobile website it prompts me to login again. I login it send me an email verification and it is on a loop. How can I login to my account?

You have to use the phone app to fully finish setting your phone up. It's weird but it's how it's done here. Give it a try and if you have any problems, come back here and we'll help you out.

You will need to finish your activation via the Public mobile app. Download the app and complete the activation.
