Hello
I am unable to log into my account to activate my sim card. I have changed my PW multiple times which only directs me to my profile, from there I click on complete activation and I am directed to the log in page. I type in my email and PW information and receive a message that the PW doesn't match. Seems like I'm going in circles.

When I signed up I had the same issuing using the app. No matter what I tried it didn’t work. A few messages back and forth with @CS_Agent and my issue was resolved.
Send them a message for a quick resolution.

Are you using the app or website? Activation needs to be compelted in the app.
