My login credentials are correct but after successful logging in, it does not show any account info. I can still reset the password and the profile seems correct, but still no account info after pwd reset.

Thanks. Re-tried using phone app, it goes to Activation page asking for picking SIM/plan/activate. But I already have SIM/account for 5 years and now the service still working fine and payment is made monthly. It seems my login account and phone account are disconnected

Website is finicky.
Try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.
Or try a different device. Or the PM app itself.
