I can’t login to my account. When I start the login process it loops me to an activation window. 
I’m trying to get to self serve so I can manage my subscription.

in this case, it is actually becuse the new EverSave login was unable to link your login with your My Account.

It is an easy fix for PM, you just need to engage them via message them here:
