I need a refund

I just spent half an hour going through this absolutely unhelpful "chat" program which gives very unclear instructions on how to get in touch with customer service. I need a refund. My phone is not compatible with your e-sim service. Please help.  @CS-agent

You can purchase a SIM if your phone is not compatible with eSIM. They are on sale for $4.99 on Amazon.ca or you can also go to your local Telus/Koodo store for $10.

You should have checked if your phone have eSIM rather than just clicking on eSIM because it is free.

Normally there are no refunds but you can try contacting a CS_Agent by private messaging on the envelope icon on your computer.

@KasiaSadej what phone do you have? Most eSIM compatible phone is compatible here as long as  it has the required network bands

PM is a prepaid provider and does not provide refund . So, you can try to get an physical sim and change to it instead
