i made an account for my boyfriend and accidentally activated the E sim on my phone, than deleted it. i now believe the IEMI for the phone number is now my phone, but i do not have the number connected to this phone no longer and i cannot log in to public mobile, because i need a code. but the number is now not connected to any phone, so im logged out and the subscription is activated just not connected to a phone. how can i fix this?!
i have the email and password to log in, but a code is sent to the number, that i cannot get to unless i get into the app and change the IEMI.

after i put the code that was sent to email, it sends an extra code too the number, but the number isn’t connected to the phone so im not receiving the code to complete the log in.

@jo181 When you get to the step where it sends code to a phone, can you select: send code to email?
you should be able to log in at that point and see what phone number is assigned to that account.
