Locked sim PUK CODE

So i bought a voutcher and created my account online, everything is paid for and my plan is already selected. I took my sim card and placed it in my phone its now saying at the top left that the sim is locked and to contact the carrier for a PUK CODE? Some one help?

Did you use it with another company before?

The default PIN is 1234.. You can try that.. if not you would need to talk to the Moderator_Team for the PUK.

It looks like your phone is lock with your old carrier..???

@Ericrs100What kind of phone are you using? Do you have a spare phone or a friend's phone to swap to see if the issue persists?
