Locked out

My wife's account is locked out, has been for days. She waits for the 3 hours but still can't get in. Her Community account is also locked. We just need to change the email address, but in that attempt she got locked out. When she tries to log in she clicks forgot password - 1st attempt - but then it states she's locked out. HELP!

This is a regular occurrence, the good news is a CSA can resolve this relatively easily.

If she cannot get into her Community account, then you will have to talk with agent and persuade them you are who you are and ask them to help out your wife.

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
