Used the right user name and password locked out says to contact us but that would not work either

You will be locked out if you tried to login too many times.
Try login to your account in about 1 hour then clear cache, cookies and go incognito. Enter your email address then click on Forgot Password and answer your security question.
If all fails, contact a CS_Agent from this Community page by private messaging or Chat button.

@Myphone2022 - if you had too many failed attempts to log into self serve, wait 15+ minutes to try again.
When you do try again, open a tab in incognito mode, or try a different browser.
Then use the Forgot your password option if you do not know your password.

If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

Did you try the "Forgot Password" function?
Sometimes waiting 30 minutes for the lock-out to be removed may help.
If you did, and can't get further, contact the CSA's.
