I am the executor of my fathers will and I am locked out of his phone plan. I have been trying weekly for about a month. The credit card attached to it isn't being cancelled.
I have his pin and access to his email to reset (as well as Will showing executor status). HELP!

if you have the 4 digits PIN, you can call *611 to disable the Autopay
or for access to My Account back,
try to open ticket with PM support to reset
Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
type: Change username
Click " Forgot Self-Serve Email"
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
