Locked out of sim

Hi my phone is asking for a puk code to unlock my sim. I thought about just getting a new sim but would like to keep my phone number. Any help with getting a puk is appreciated. Thanks

Only the PIN would be 1234 (unless someone changed it). The PUK would be a much longer code that wouldn't be guessable.

Replacing the SIM card would work and would not require a new phone number. To get the PUK for your current SIM card, you'll need to ask the ask the moderators by opening a ticket at: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat
