The number changed on the credit card I used to make automatic payments on my self-serve account. I haven't needed to log into it since it was created, and I don't remember the credentials aside from the email address used. I could use some help.

As an immediate option if needed, buy a voucher from recharge.com and top up by calling 611.

There is a password reset option at the bottom of the Self-Serve sign in screen. If that fails to work, you'll need to write a PM to the Moderator_Team.

@Mike07 You can try to reset your password by clicking on the forgot password link. You must know the answer to your security question. If that does not work, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team and they will reset it for you.
