My account with PM is saved on chrome so I have no idea how any of my login credentials could've changed but when I tried logging in today it says my username/password was incorrect and now I'm locked out.
I also received a text saying my auto-payment didn't go through which is what I'm trying to check but now I'm locked out.
Please fix

Tried my password too many times and when i ask to reset it says "Sorry, you've been locked out. Please contact Public Mobile for help." I don't know many of my account details though.

Sorry to hear about that!
Have you tried resetting your password ? Click on "forgot your password" and you'll be able to do so 🙂
