Locked out of my account

When signing up my agent somehow entered a wrong password. Later, trying to sign in I got locked out of my account so I can't do the 'Forgot your password' procedure. Any suggestions for me? Thanks.

Wow, thanks for your rapid and helpful response. I will try waiting an hour first. If that doesn't help, I will try to submit a ticket. Thanks again.

Hi @terryinSA   you waited an hour already?  Usually it is just a temporary  lock and it will be reset after an hour and you can try forgot password again

 

If still not able to reset, open ticket with PM CS Agent, Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

  1.  type: Forgot log in information
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
