Please help my credit card didnt go through automatically and when i tried to enter self serve i didn't remember my password

@danielvaleanu Officially, up to 48 hours. But usually quicker. You may even get fixed up before closing time tonight.

If you tried your password too many times, you may have temporarily locked your account.
No worries, just wait at least 15 minutes then try again, using the Forgot your password option - @NDesai supplied the link.
When you do try again, open a tab in incognito mode to log in. Sometimes this can help with finicky websites.
If still issues, ask CSA for help.

close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
and try open one Browser incognito mode,
you can try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,
check your email spam,
or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
and them will reset for you,

@danielvaleanu You can try resetting your password from the link below if oyu remember the answer to a security question. If not, you will need to contact CSA to get your password reset.
