Hi Good Day,
I'm a new user so I haven't had the service longer than 3 days at this point and I've been locked out of my account and my self serve. Is it possible for me get my passwords reset?

@Roms5 , try using forgot password to have a reset email sent to you. Quite often this feature does not work. If that is the case, you need to contact the moderator team for support. The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. The guided process will facilitate documentation of the issue or concern and the required resolution which will be submitted to the moderator team. @Roms5 you can click on the forgot password link and wait for the email, check your spam folders also. If that doesn't work click on the question mark on the right hand side of the page and start a conversation with Simon the chat bot and get a ticket. The moderators will get back to you probably within a day
