Locked out of 2 accounts

Hello, 

My phone is not working and I have been locked out of my account since January 26.  In order to submit a ticket I had to make a second account.  You have also locked me out of that account.  

I need to cancel my phone plan immediately. 

Can someone please provide me the link to send a PM to customer service.

first, you can use your current account ( @Eleisha2 ) to open ticket using direct message.  Use this link:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

And also, try to use both methods below and see which one let you login without locking the account:

  1. use a browser with Incognito mode on a computer/laptop to login
  2. use Public Mobile app.  If already tried the app,  please uninstall the app, reboot and reinstall the app)
