I was able to log in to my account just now so it is working. You may have to wait 15 minutes for your account to unlock if you are currently locked out. Use chrome but clear your browser cache first and then go incognito.
You May also have to use Forgot your password link.

@Hee79 Did you try to use Forgot Password to try to self-reset the password?
if fails, open ticket with PM and have them to sort this out for you:

You can also try to use *611 to pay if you remember the 4 digits pin
Or you can buy voucher to pay and load the voucher via *611 if you still cannot reset the account by tomorrow
