I’m locked out of my account!! I need help!
I went to put funds on my account as it ran out today but forgot my password and when I went to reset it locked me out! I need this resolved ASAP! Please!

@KendraL9 If you have a voucher, or credit card registered to your account, dial *611 and follow the prompts to make the payment.
If you have already past the expiry date only your current plan will renew automatically; for any changes you pay now and notify the moderators of the plan you wish.
