I have 2 PM accounts, one for my mom and one for my brother. both have autopay set up. Today my mother is unable to make calls even though her bill should have been paid for automatically from my credit card. when i tried logging in I got the security question wrong too many times, and the account is disabled. I believe I have the correct answer now, can someone please help me?

Hey. Ah okay I will wait. And I know I can just pay it , but I also want to figure out why auto pay did not work

I think you have to wait an hour or so. if not only the mods can help.
If you have access to the phone you could try buying a voucher from recharge.com and loading the voucher by dialing 611
