Your user name is your email address. If you forgot that too and if you activate the SIM and used the same email on this public Community. Just click on the avatar on the top right then My Profile then Private Status.

If you still need help, only a CS_Agent can help you by private messaging or Chat on this page.

Seriously though, forgetting the answers to one's OWN security questions is kinda funny.   I'd hope folks not use an obscure question they can't guess an answer to, but I think many do.  😆

 

Hi @Spudster No one ever forget?  not true, from the people's response, so many who posted for login help forgot the answer to the security question.   🙂

Use your security questions to regain access. 

 

No one ever forgets them, since they're ones the user selects and answers.

@Kwokyauwu123 your tried the Forgot Password link there? enter the correct email and answer the Security question after.

 

or if fails, open ticket with PM, click on the Bubble  on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot

Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:

       type:  Forgot log in information

       Click   "Contact Us"

       Click "Click here to submit a ticket"

       you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

 

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

@Kwokyauwu123  - try different emails it could be and use the Forgot your password option.

 

Or, is it possible you have not registered for an account yet? If you activated in-store, this may be the case.
