Hello I got lock out my public mobile account. I forgot security question answer

if you already tried the Forgot password but cannot answer the security question, you will have to open a ticket with PM to get your password reset,

 

At Chatbot (https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot), type the follow to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

type: Forgot log in information
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Click here to submit a ticket"

you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Try waiting an hour.  Also try using a different browser and incognito mode.  Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.

Your account gets locked out for about one hour. 

You can try again in one hour.

Try reseting your password.

If not working, you will need to customer service agent (CSA).

 

You will need to contact customer service agent (CSA):

Click on the chat bubble icon on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact CSA.  Type: I can't login.  Follow the prompts to submit ticket.  

 

CSA may ask a few questions to verify account ownership and then should be able to help you. Response times can take a few hours.  Check your private message inbox (envelope in upper right corner of website).
