Is there a way to get to speak to a live customer service employee??
all I want to do is update a new email contact for my account

if you can login My Account, you can do it yourself. Go to Profile page, then click Manage EverSafe ID and update the email address
if you cannot login, you will have to ask PM support help to help. No live person to speak to , but they reply via Community messages
