Hello, I created a ticket three days ago and since then I have gotten three replies from PM, one a day. Three days, three messages and it's just can you confirm your number, then the next day, can you confirm your email, then AGAIN can you confirm your number... is there no way to have live chat with a live agent at Public Mobile?

they need that info to confirm your identity. Give them as much info as you can ie: ph #, account #, PM pin #, name on account, last renewal date...etc.

@RossR No sorry no live support with PM you just have to work with them thru private message unfortunately
