Less points every month

Hi, 

Before October 2025 I used to have 1.45 points per month, now I have only 0.58 without any change on my subscription. Can I have an explanation?

I was expecting Public Mobile to not change any conditions (as promised) and here they are changing the reward system. The free month that I was getting with points is gone now.

Lucky Mobile is proposing the same plan for 25$ so without the rewards it's best for me to quit.

So sad that you didn't keep your promises!

@Kahicha92 yes, there was a change to the Rewards Point system on Oct 15th 2025.

The reward percentage was changed from 5% to 2%. With the same change, Anniversary rewards was also changed from 10 points to 5 points.  This was the announcement:
