Legit or not, just be aware of what information you are providing in the survey. This applies generally to pretty much everything these day. Don't give up personal information if you don't have to. If they ask for very detailed information, like account info, run away. Likely they will ask for an email address. Also be aware, that even if it is legit, that more than likely a 3rd party survey site is running the survey and will have access to the info.
