@Gabyg1 When did you join PM? Anyone joined after end of Jan 2022 will be on the new rewards system Public Points
Or Any chance you just made a plan change using Change plan now? With Change plan now, PM will be charging you FULL PRICE on that particular plan change payment and no rewards will be applied (rewards will be applied again on the renewals after)
or Any chance you have changed to the new rewards system Public Points? The new rewards system has different reward and no longer giving out Pre-authorized payment discount Loyalty reward
With Public Points, you no longer receive the Loyal Reward and Autopay discount
Instead of Loyalty Reward, you will get 10 points on your Anniversary day with PM
Instead of Autopay discount, you get 5% points back with your spending on PM

Did you recently opt out of Rewards in favour of Points.

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode first, to get the most recent and accurate information.
If that information is still not correct, then you should reach out to a Customer Support Agent and have them look into your account.
