Last name length field is only 13 letters length?

Is there any way to increase the last name field length? My last name is hyphenized and I cannot fit the entire name :

Aaaaaaaa-Bbbbb

I can only fit:

AaaaaaaaBbbbb

Is it possible to allow more characters?

I agree that to give Public Mobiel feedback about this, customer support agents are the ones to contact, but I do not believe that a CSA can actually override this as it is a limatiation in the self serve system.

This is just a phone plan and no legal requirements to input your full name. Why not just use your initials or just part of your name.

PM is a prepaid provider, and the name is not that critical.  You can try to shorten your name and try again
