Hi I received a message from public mobile that said public mobile turned off my LTE. Is my LTE going to be turned off?

I too got the pop up! I had actually just restarted my phone due to an issue with my music app! Phone and data Didn’t work at all for a bit but things seem to be stable again!

Got the same message about an hour ago. iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 17.3.1. 5G plan.Just switched to PM a week ago.
Seems Kodoo customers had this same issue as well, about a month ago. Was on the carrier side.

Actually, don't turn off your PM eSIM / turning off your phone or disabling public mobile SIM card in any way. It now drops to 3G.
Gonna try contacting CS_Agent.

@Jive Seems like a lot of people are getting that same message. Hang tight for a bit and see. It could be an outage with public mobile's end.
