LTE is not working

I tried setting up the APN and everything and it's still not working. I used to get lte around where I am when I was still with Telus so I don't know what the issue is.

My phone is a new Samsung s7 that I know is fully compatable with the Telus network because I bought it from Telus.

The max speeds that I am getting are 4g speeds, not LTE and LTE+ like I used to get.

I've already tried restarting my phone and checking to make sure autoconnect to LTE is enabled and it still hasn't worked.

What am I doing wrong?

On the s7 it shows LTE as LTE and true 4g as true 4g, but its ok because I've figured it out now

Ok nevermind.

After taking my sim card in and out again, I am now getting LTE+ speeds

What kind of speed test results are you getting?  Usually on Android 4G means LTE. If you're on 3G it will show H+
