Hello, when I log in I just get this. It gives me the option to either resume activation, or return to login page, both of which do nothing.

Just going to need a little more information from you. Are you new here? Did you just sign up for PM? This sounds to me that you didn't finish signing up with PM.

you are existing subscriber and not new, right?
if you are existing and see that, it is probably the first time you use the new EverSafe login but the system cannot find your My Account. PM agent can fix it, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
